Your instructors complete a Haland Learning instructor program. After that, they teach your members with standardized materials, and every certificate comes from one certification system.

How it works
Three steps, and your own instructors run it
- Your instructors get certifiedThey attend a Haland Learning instructor program. It includes initial student activations. Additional activations are bought as needed.
- They teach the courseLesson plans, student manuals, slides and the final exam are the same for every instructor, so delivery stays consistent.
- The platform handles the paperworkResults are entered once. The platform checks them and emails each student who qualifies a numbered digital certificate.

The Certification Management Platform
Less paperwork, and nothing for your IT team to approve
The platform is a standalone tool. It does not connect to your dispatch or records systems, so there is no IT project. Setting up a new organization takes about five minutes.

- Students register themselvesA class can be saved as a draft, and students add themselves by scanning a QR code. The instructor does not key in names.
- Certificates are checked, numbered and emailedEach student who qualifies gets a numbered digital certificate by email, with a wall certificate and a wallet card.
- Anyone can verify a certificateA contractor or site supervisor can check a certificate with its number and the holder's last name. No login or account is needed.
- Expiry reminders go out automaticallyEach student is emailed once, about 60 days before a certificate expires, so they can renew before it lapses.
- Bulk exportAdministrators can bulk export training reports or certificates easily.
- Stock on handAdministrators can check stock and set low inventory thresholds, so there are always materials on hand.
